Come with us on this two-day adventure to discover secret places in North Sumatra. The first stop takes you to secret waterfalls and a body river rafting tour. Together with your English speaking guide you will hunt for 2.5 hours for beautiful waterfalls, natural pools and rocks to jump from 5 meters into the water. In case you have the guts. 

After this tour full of fun you will drive to Rumah Pohon Habitat. This amazing huge wooden structured tree house offers a wonderful viewpoint while you enjoy your drink and a snack of fresh fruits. Afterwards you will go to your panoramic campsite for the night. We promise, it is the perfect location for sunset and sunrise if the weather is clear.  

The site also offers many opportunities for taking pictures with a breathtaking view of the Gunung Leuser National Park and North Sumatra. On a clear day you can see as far as Medan. While you explore the site your guide will prepare a delicious vegetarian dinner for you. Before you go into your tent, enjoy the view into the stars while the campfire is crackling.

The next morning you will be awakened with the sounds of Siamangs as the sun rises. Enjoy your breakfast during this unforgettable spectacle of nature. After you have strengthened yourself, you will return to Bukit Lawang. On the way back you will stop at a local restaurant with a view over the rice fields and into the mountains. Enjoy your lunch or a drink while you take in the incredible beauty of Sumatra. Most likely the family running the restaurant will want to take a souvenir photo with you. You will arrive back in Bukit Lawang around 3pm or you can combine this with a trip to Berastagi or go back to Medan (additional fees for the transport are not included).
